Out client is a product-based SaaS organization in the logistics domain, dedicated to driving transformation in logistics operations through innovative technology solutions. It is technology company that provides digital logistics platforms and solutions to airports, ports, freight forwarders, customs, and other stakeholders in the global logistics and cargo supply chain.

Product Manager What will you bring in?

  • At least 5-10 years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling compelling global SAAS products.
  • Education: Tier 1 graduates
  • Experience in leading product management in a product company.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle management from conceptualization, research to launch.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative product development environments.
  • Experience in user research, user experience (UX) design, and product testing.
  • Prior experience with SAAS/B2B products for logistics industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Good strategic ability with a hands-on approach.
  • Stellar writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong focus on user experience and business objectives.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to understand and communicate complex product requirements.
  • Passionate about user experience and building delightful digital products.
  • Ability to drive product excellence, innovation, and quality, through strong decisions making in fast paced environment.
  • Ardent desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities What will you do?

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and goal Design and own product roadmap and release cycles.
  • Motivate and influence key stakeholders, get buy-in for ideas, and convince why and what we should build Lead product owners and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, business analysts and project managers, to bring products to market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product and market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
  • Translate the product roadmaps into product requirements, features, and user stories based on Business analysis specifications, market insights, customer feedback, and business objective Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, create release plans, and develop product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to develop unique customer experiences.
  • Drive the execution of product development sprints, manage prioritized backlogs, and track progress against milestones.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, and key stakeholders.
  • Own communication and documentation of delivered features.
  • Track and analyse product metrics using analytics tools, user feedback, and market data to iterate on features and improve product usability and effectiveness Lead and participate in technical deep dive sessions with customers and users as needed.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the value proposition.
  • Launch new products with sales and marketing teams, helping develop the go-to-market plans.
  • Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in product management best practices.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations in Logistics industry and B2B product management.
