Position description: Will own and drive well prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights and customer asks

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business reports and the impact of the products on key business metrics.
  • Generate innovative ideas to grow market share through technological interventions, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions. Identify new business opportunities and target market
  • Own and drive well prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights and customer asks
  • Actively listen and connect with customers (current and potential) and their needs on a direct basis frequently.
