Job Description

This role owns platform operations, interaction management, and growth execution for a high-traffic consumer digital platform. You will be the go-to owner for platform stability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional delivery, with a strong hands-on bias toward execution and problem-solving.

The role spans both mobile and web platforms, with primary focus on mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day platform operations across mobile and web, including issue resolution, release coordination, and platform governance
  • Drive in-platform growth and engagement initiatives to improve user activity and retention
  • Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and delivery teams
