Product Manager

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for SHIELD's product development and user experience. Be expected to work alongside internal teams and our customers to continuously improve and provide quality product and service experience to our clients by identifying new product development opportunities, delivering product enhancements and resolving user pain points.
What a Product Manager Does in SHIELD

• Understand the market, customers and their problems and propose innovative solutions to address current and future customer needs and expectations
• Provide input into the overall Product strategy and priorities
