Job Description
This role focuses on CRM systems, retention, and back-office automation. The Product Manager will work closely with the IT team to define and set up new reports and internal tools, using data to support smarter decision-making and customer activation.
Although AI is part of the wider roadmap, the role does not require deep AI expertise. The core requirement is strong analytical capability and hands-on experience with internal back-office systems, particularly analysing user data to create more customised customer experiences.
An OpenAI integration is already in place. The Product Manager will be responsible for refining prompts and helping define and shape new internal tools and automation initiatives, while the development team handles technical implementation.
