As our
Product Manager (CRO & UX Focus)
, you'll ensure that every decision is grounded in
user insights and analytics
. You'll identify opportunities to
optimize conversion rates, improve user flows, and create experiences that are both intuitive and visually appealing
, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and product teams.

Your mission is to turn
user behavior insights into measurable business impact
, delivering products that travelers love and that drive meaningful results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead initiatives to improve
    conversion rates, user flows, and overall user experience
    .
  • Conduct
    user research, discovery sessions, and usability tests
    to inform product decisions.
  • Design and execute
    A/B tests and other experiments
    to validate hypotheses and optimize the user journey.
  • Collaborate closely with
    designers and engineers
    to ensure experiences are intuitive, cohesive, and impactful.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on
    user impact and business value
    .
  • Define success metrics focused on
    engagement, satisfaction, and conversion
    .
  • Advocate for the user in every discussion, ensuring decisions align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Continuously iterate on products based on
    feedback, analytics, and testing
    .

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience in
    UX, product design, or user-centered product management
    .
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    user-focused design and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Expert in
    conversion optimization (CRO) and improving user experience
    through data-driven decisions.
  • Skilled in
    design thinking, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile workflows and collaborative design tools
    (Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge
    design, business, and engineering perspectives
    .
  • Bonus: Experience in
    digital products or platforms impacting consumer behavior
    .
  • Bonus: Understanding of
    AI-driven user experiences
    .
