We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of Oracle’s EPM Financial Consolidation & Close solutions, focusing on AI-powered innovation.



This role involves market study of the use cases around machine learning, artificial intelligence and deep learning involved in the context of analytics and Financial Close– for taking more and better data driven decisions. This will include identification of business problems that are solved with these emerging technologies, in the context of Financial Consolidation and Close processes.



As a Product Manager you are responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements from customers and market research, defining specifications for new features, and collaborating with development to ensure delivery of impactful, high-quality products that address the core needs of finance teams in consolidation and close.



This is a highly impactful role, offering the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-powered financial solutions for some of the world’s leading organizations. Your contributions will directly influence Oracle’s product direction and deliver measurable value to our global customers.



**Responsibilities**



+ Lead identification, analysis, and prioritization of customer and market needs in Financial Consolidation & Close, with a focus on incorporating AI/ML-driven capabilities into Financial Consolidation and Close / Oracle EPM.

+ Own and develop comprehensive product specifications and requirements documentation for new features and enhancements.

+ Serve as a bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.

+ Prototype and validate new features using real-world data and financial business use cases.

+ Collaborate with UX and quality engineering to deliver user-friendly, robust solutions.

+ Analyze competitor offerings and trends to guide roadmap and innovation direction.

+ Continuously gather feedback from global customers and incorporate into the product lifecycle for ongoing improvement.

+ Contribute to workshops, training materials, and internal enablement to ensure product success.



**About the Successful Candidate**



The ideal candidate is a driven finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex financial challenges through data-driven insights and strategic business intelligence.



**Must qualifications for this position are:**



+ 10+ years’ experience in Finance roles with hands-on knowledge of Financial Consolidation & Close processes and related software.

+ Analytical thinker, ideally with a background in mathematics or statistics.

+ Strong experience working with Oracle EPM, Financial Consolidation & Close modules, and analytics or BI tools.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global, cross-functional teams.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, Mathematics, or related field

+ MBA or Chartered Accountant, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
