As a Product Manager at GEMGEM, it's a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will serve as the crucial link between cross-functional teams, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring the delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with our business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a relentless focus on user experience.
Role Overview:
1. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
2. Product Management Skills
- Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer needs.
- Product Roadmapping: Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps.
- Feature Prioritization: Skilled in prioritizing features based on business goals and user needs.
- User Experience (UX): Understanding of UX principles and practices.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile development environments.
3. Leadership and Collaboration
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Visionary: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals.

- ROI Analysis: Ability to analyse the return on investment (ROI) for product features and initiatives.
Requirements:

2. Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage but not a necessity.
