Role Summary


We are looking for a visionary, product-strategic Product Manager to lead complex, cross-functional products that span software and silicon-adjacent domains. This roleoperatesat the intersection of product vision, discovery, and execution, shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. A strong technical understanding of boththe siliconlifecycle and software is essential to engage credibly in technical discussions and make informed strategic trade-offs. You will work closely with engineering, product owners, and leadership, and regularly report product strategy,progress, and outcomes atsenior management level.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Vision & Discovery

  • Define and evolve a clear product vision grounded in customer needs, businessobjectives, and technical realities.

  • Lead continuousdiscoverytoidentify,validate, and prioritize customer problems and opportunities.

  • Own and synthesize Voice of the Customer inputs from multiple channels to inform product strategy and trade-offs.

  • Translate strategic intent into product hypotheses, outcomes, and measurable success metrics.

  • RepresentADI with customers and partners, including participation in industry events and trade shows.


  • Product Planning & Prioritization

  • Own product intake, evaluation, and prioritization using a structured and transparent approach.

  • Establish clear thresholds for what enters the roadmap, what is deferred, and what is explicitly out of scope.

  • Work with Product Owners to curate andmaintainbacklogs and multi-release roadmaps aligned with capacity and strategic goals.

  • Execution & Delivery Leadership

  • Partner closely with engineering and Product Owners to shape scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.

  • Work hand in hand with Product Owners on the technical definition, ensuring product intent is correctly translated into executable work.

  • Drive clarity on requirements, acceptance criteria, and outcomes without prescribing implementation.

  • Actively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team delivery alignment.


  • Cross-Functional Influence & Senior Communication

  • Act as the primaryproductvoice across engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership.

  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear framing, data-driven insights, and explicit trade-offs.

  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery status concisely and credibly at VP and executive level.


  • Product Practice & Leadership

  • Contribute to the evolution of product management practices, discovery methods, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Mentor and support other product managers through coaching andexample.

  • Raise the bar for product thinking, strategic clarity, and execution discipline across teams.


  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience owning and leading complex, cross-functional products.

  • Strong technical understanding ofsiliconlifecycle, softwarelifecycle andopen sourceecosystems, enabling credible engagement in technical discussions and strategic trade-offs.

  • Proven ability tooperateeffectively in highly ambiguous environments and set direction.

  • Demonstrated influence at senior and executive levels without direct authority.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, strategic narratives.
