Product Manager

Job Purpose

As CloudEats continues to scale, we are looking for a (Platform) Product Manager to lead our in-house hero platform product , the backbone for our brands, partners, and internal teams. You will own product discovery and delivery end-to-end , turning ambiguous problems into clear bets, and shaping product strategy in partnership with the Head of Product and leadership. You will be accountable for driving meaningful improvements in user adoption, user satisfaction, and business outcomes such as Average Daily Order (ADO), Average Order Value (AOV), margins, and platform reliability .

This is an individual contributor (IC) role with high ownership and visibility, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
