Job Title: Management Trainee Product Management – HSIO Software Solutions



Location: Bangalore, Karnataka



Duration: 6 months- 12 months (flexible based on candidate availability)



Reporting To: Business Manager, HSIO-Portfolio



About the Role



Join Tektronix’s HSIO Software team as an Intern Product Manager and contribute to the development and enhancement of cutting-edge tools used in high-speed I/O validation and compliance. This internship offers hands-on experience in product strategy, customer engagement, and technical marketing within a dynamic and high-growth segment of the test and measurement industry.



Key Responsibilities



+ Assist in gathering customer feedback and resolving technical challenges related to HSIO Tx, Rx and/or Decoder validation.

+ Help develop training videos, web content, and competitive positioning materials for HSIO software tools (USB, DP, PCIe, HDMI).

+ Collaborate with sales and field application engineers to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.

+ Help Create internal training materials for sales teams and field engineers, highlighting product features and competitive advantages.

+ Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to product roadmap discussions for HSIO software enhancements. Build Competitive intelligence

+ Market trend and technology Trend research and analysis with current roadmap and technology landscape.

+ Perform Hands on Product Reviews and evaluations. Work closely with Stakeholders to gather and share detailed feedback.

+ Create GTM materials like White papers and application notes.



Required Qualifications



+ Currently enrolled in MBA with Electrical Engineering or

+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Electrical Engineering nearing completion.

+ Min 60% average score across semesters.



Preferred Skills



+ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

+ Technical documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency).

+ Familiarity with HSIO protocols and signal processing concepts.

+ Programming experience in Python or C#.

+ Exposure to digital/analog design fundamentals and oscilloscope usage.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Working across time zones as needed.

+ Strong in using Generative AI tools and other tools like Co-pilot, Cursor.ai
