Mission of the Role


Own the entire Product Marketing charter for HyperStart - from positioning and messaging to

launches and sales enablement. Build a clear, differentiated narrative that drives adoption, improves

pipeline quality, and scales with the business.

This is a 0→1, hands-on role. You will think, write, test, ship, and iterate - with direct impact on

revenue and growth.


What You’ll Own


1. Positioning & Messaging

● Define HyperStart’s core positioning, ICP narratives, and value propositions

● Build messaging frameworks across personas (Legal, Sales, Finance, Ops, Procurement)

● Own competitive narratives and differentiation in a crowded CLM market

2. GTM & Launches

● Own end-to-end product launch motions (features, modules, ICP expansions)

● Translate roadmap into crisp launch stories, landing pages, and enablement assets

● Build repeatable GTM playbooks for scale

3. Sales & Revenue Enablement

● Enable Sales with decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and proof points

● Partner with Sales & CS to improve win-rates, deal velocity, and pipeline quality

● Build strong customer proof: case studies, ROI stories, and win narratives


What You’ll Do


● Work closely with Product to deeply understand user problems and roadmap priorities

● Write and ship core PMM assets: website copy, pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs

● Partner with Growth & Demand Gen on messaging for campaigns and ABM plays

● Run win/loss analysis and buyer research to continuously sharpen positioning

● Act as the voice of the product internally and externally


You’re a Great Fit If You Have


● 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS

● Strong experience in 0→1 or early-stage GTM environments

● Proven ability to simplify complex products into sharp narratives

● Comfort working directly with founders, product leaders, and sales teams

● A first-principles mindset - you don’t need a playbook to execute


Good to Have


● Experience with enterprise / mid-market buyers

● Exposure to LegalTech, CLM, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS

● Hands-on experience with category creation or pricing narratives

● Strong intuition backed by data (funnels, adoption, win/loss insights)
