Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketer / Growth Marketer who deeply understands the product and actively works on improving both the product and its growth. This role sits between product, marketing, and data, and focuses on driving adoption, activation, retention, and revenue through continuous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the product end-to-end and identify growth opportunities
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and user journeys
  • Define and communicate product positioning and messaging
  • Plan and execute growth experiments across channels
  • Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics
  • Identify friction points and propose product improvements
  • Turn product features into clear, compelling marketing narratives

Required Skills
  • Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset
  • Ability to learn products deeply and quickly
  • Experience with growth frameworks (funnels, experiments, metrics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with data and insights

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
