Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced product marketing engineer to join one of our premier client GaN Business Division in Power Product Group. The successful candidate will work on a range of exciting new products such as gate driver, motor drivers and GaN power stages for next generation of infrastructure, industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. This is an early-stage growth opportunity where in the candidate will get to learn, build contribute and influence the charter for Renesas's massive power product portfolio.
