About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Marketing Manager to own and scale our Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) and overall user engagement. This role is instrumental in driving product adoption, retention, and cross-sell/upsell strategies through non-performance marketing channels.

As a key member of our marketing and growth team, you will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to design and execute high-impact initiatives that directly contribute to the companys bottom line.


Key Responsibilities

  • MTU Ownership & Growth
  • Drive consistent month-over-month growth in Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs) through strategic product marketing and growth-led initiatives.
  • Cross-sell / Upsell Strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of campaigns that drive cross-product adoption across the organization, increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and product stickiness.
  • Central Growth Charter
  • Be a part of, or lead, the central growth functionidentifying key growth levers, running experiments, and scaling what works across the product ecosystem.
  • Retention & Reactivation (M1, Mx)
  • Own and improve M1 (Month 1) and Mx (Month X) retention and reactivation metrics to boost long-term engagement and reduce churn.
  • User Growth (Non-Performance Marketing)
  • Champion all organic and product-led growth initiatives, such as referral programs, gamification, onboarding flows, and lifecycle marketing to drive user acquisition and activation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product managers, data analysts, designers, and business teams to develop and implement data-backed strategies.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role within a tech-driven company
  • Proven experience in owning and growing user engagement metrics like MTU, retention, and reactivation
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation, and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-sell and upsell strategies in a multi-product environment
  • Experience leading or contributing to central growth initiatives
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
