Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and drive end-to-end growth initiatives

across multiple NxtWave products. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Tech,

and Sales, using data, experimentation, and user insights to unlock scalable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in app-first consumer tech environments, enjoys running

experiments, and takes strong ownership of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Own growth across the entire user journey — acquisition, activation, engagement,

retention, and revenue

 Identify high-impact growth opportunities using user behavior and data insights

 Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests

 Scale successful experiments across products and funnels

 Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders
