Job Description:

Looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support product, operations, and technology teams. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and help deliver data-driven financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Support product development teams in FinTech solutions (payments, lending, banking, etc.)
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to management
  • Create process flows, user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis within the FinTech domain
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Financial services/Fintech preferred)
  • Basic understanding of FinTech products (payments, wallets, APIs, lending, KYC, AML)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
