Job Description:
Looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support product, operations, and technology teams. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and help deliver data-driven financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Support product development teams in FinTech solutions (payments, lending, banking, etc.)
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to management
- Create process flows, user stories, BRDs, and FRDs
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
- Conduct market and competitor analysis within the FinTech domain
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Financial services/Fintech preferred)
- Basic understanding of FinTech products (payments, wallets, APIs, lending, KYC, AML)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
