The Opportunity
The Operations Coordinator will provide support to our Product and Engineering teams by completing a variety of administrative-related activities and acting as our onsite point of contact for our growing team in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate onsite logistics for all Mexico team events, meetings, and onboardings.
- Work with vendors and our Procurement team on contract agreements for services such as catering, facilities, or supplies.
- Manage the coordination of Product-wide team meetings such as Lunch & Learns, webinars, internal Engineering conference, and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain communication channels between Product and cross-functional teams to ensure all functions are updated on the latest product announcements.
- Assist Product and Engineering teams with special projects or events as needed.
- Be open-minded to helping resolve a broad array of daily requests or issues that come up within the team.
