Responsibilities And Impact

  • Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations.
  • Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
  • Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
  • Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
