For one of my customer we are looking for a AI Product Owner for a AI chatbot.
Location: Europe(100% remote)
Description:
The AI Chatbot Product Owner is responsible for owning and evolving enterprise AI chatbot portfolio, including:
- Externally provided AI solutions (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot and similar platforms)
- Internal AI chatbots developed by (internal AI chatbots)
The role ensures these solutions deliver consistent, secure, and high-value conversational AI experiences across the organization. This includes defining use cases, managing integrations, ensuring adoption, and aligning internal and external chatbot capabilities into a coherent ecosystem. This position sits at the intersection of business needs, enterprise AI platforms, and product execution, with a strong emphasis on prioritization, vendor coordination, fast learning, and continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving Generative AI landscape.
