Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, which will inform timely direction changes and enhance the overall product experience. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the product strategy with customer expectations and market demands, fostering an environment of innovation and responsiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: Defines the product vision and long-term direction Understands customer needs, problems, and behaviors Aligns the product with business goals Identifies market opportunities and competitive positioning . Owns the product roadmap Balances short-term wins with long-term strategy Makes trade-off decisions between scope, time, and quality Continuously reprioritizes based on data and feedback Professional & Technical Skills: Conducts user research, interviews, and feedback analysis Translates problems into clear product requirements Creates PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Prioritizes features based on impact, effort, and value Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Product Development Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
