Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, which will inform timely direction changes based on knowledge discovery. Your role is pivotal in aligning the product strategy with customer expectations and market demands, fostering an environment of innovation and responsiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the product team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commercial Insurance. - Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with agile development processes and tools. - Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features. - Familiarity with user experience design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
