Job Description

  • Define, update, and validate application/marketing requirements in sync with companion Squads and Leagues guidelines within backlog product prioritization
  • Author and refine epics & user stories following INVEST criteria, maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
  • Spend time with customers and targeted applications to identify value drivers, needs, and pain points.
  • Define and maintain product vision, value proposition, and OKR alignment.
  • Run demos, collect feedback, align expectations between business and tech teams, and mediate trade-offs.
  • Plan product increments, manage scope, ensure Definition of Done (DoD), and coordinate UAT/sign-off.
  • Lead ideation for customer pain points, validate solutions through POCs and experiments.
  • Remove impediments preventing the team from delivering value.
  • Set and track KPIs including adoption, MAU, conversion rates, NPS, and system reliability; analyze usage patterns and iterate.
  • Manage risks, cross-team dependencies, and ensure security/privacy/compliance requirements are met.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
