Job Description: 

 

Reachware seeks an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to lead large-scale digital transformation and integration projects, particularly within government and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with extensive experience in managing complex projects that involve system integration, business analysis, and digital transformation. ERP experience is a plus, with familiarity in Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SAP S/4HANA, or ODOO being highly regarded. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects, focusing on delivering solutions for government and large-scale enterprises. 
  • Develop, monitor, and execute project plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery. 
  • Manage project teams and resources effectively, coordinating cross-functional teams across various disciplines. 
  • Ensure seamless integration between systems and platforms, driving efficient and automated processes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans. 
  • Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business units, ensuring that both technical and business requirements are met. 
  • Conduct business analysis and system assessments to identify opportunities for improvements and digital efficiencies. 
  • Manage project risks, changes, and issues, ensuring they are tracked and mitigated. 
  • Provide detailed project reports, KPIs, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, focusing on government and large-scale projects. 
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering digital transformation and system integration projects. 
  • Experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst is highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including government bodies. 
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects. 
  • ERP experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SAP S/4HANA, ODOO. 
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
