Vision and Strategy Development for the BA Practice/COE

1. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for the healthcare and beauty retailer's mobile app, aligning with business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.
2. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the path to achieve the defined vision, focusing on both e-commerce functionality and appointment scheduling for services .

Requirements Gathering and Backlog Management:

1. Gather and analyze customer requirements to build a prioritized product backlog.
2. Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into detailed features and functions, ensuring both purchasing and scheduling functionalities are addressed.
