Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Owner to own and evolve the Codebeamer ALM platform , enabling engineering teams to manage requirements, testing, and traceability in a compliant and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the Codebeamer product backlog aligned to business and engineering needs
Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and configurations within Codebeamer
Configure and manage requirements, test management, traceability, and baselines
Work closely with engineering, QA, and compliance stakeholders to support regulated development
Ensure end-to-end traceability, reporting, and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement of ALM processes and tool adoption
