Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership Support

  • Collaborate with the full-time CPQ Product Owner to define and refine the CPQ roadmap and sprint deliverables.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements from cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT).
  • Write detailed
    user stories
    ,
    acceptance criteria
    , and
    use cases
    to guide IT and development teams.
  • Ensure that requirements are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, business goals, and SAP integration strategy.

Integration & Technical Alignment

  • Partner with
    Salesforce
    ,
    Conga CPQ
    , and SAP S/4HANA teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across systems.
  • Support the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, focusing on quote-to-cash processes and pricing configurations.
  • Participate in design and testing sessions to validate integration points (e.g., pricing, product master, order processing).

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Gather feedback from users and translate it into actionable improvements for the CPQ platform.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training documentation, and post-deployment validation activities.

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT governance, change management, and data integrity standards.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness reviews.
