We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Events product within the Private Member Club ecosystem. This role focuses on everything from Club-hosted events to Member/Guest-hosted events and banquets. Your mandate: ensure our software delivers flawless planning and execution with accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), seamless online registration, tight coordination with F&B and Reservations, and clear communication for staff and members.

Voice of the Customer & Market Insight

• Build trusted relationships with Events Directors, Catering/Banquet Managers, and Member Services to map real workflows end-to-end.
• Run structured VOC programs (interviews, site visits, call-shadowing, feedback loops) to capture needs around inquiries > proposals > contracts > BEOs > execution > billing.
