Job Description – Product Owner (8-10 Years Experience)
We are looking for a motivated Product Owner to support product planning, delivery, and continuous improvement. The role involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, maintaining the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Agile environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define product requirements.

Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and backlog items.

Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Conduct basic data analysis to validate requirements and measure outcomes.

Support product demos, documentation, and release planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner where rest as in a Business Analyst role.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
