To plan and lead a team of developers for an established mobile game that has generated over 3M+ downloads world-wide. You will deliver high-quality projects in line with product roadmap milestones and within the production budget. You will be tracking project progress and clearly communicating said progress to your team and stakeholders. You will be agile in your problem-solving and steadfast in your resolve to get things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT THIS POSITION

  • Contributor to product backlog nomination & roadmap building
  • Delivery of roadmap (ie. quality, finished products - on time)
  • Be able to plan and effectively communicate plans to all team members
  • Be able to keep upper management informed of development progress to plan
  • Effectively led production team, enabling strong cooperation, resolution of conflicts, and continual growth of team and members
