Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Work with various stakeholders to understand business value, market context and customer problems.
• Document requirements for upcoming product/process releases assuring those needs are met and communicate progress/status clearly.
• Build, prioritize, monitor, and maintain the squad backlog, prioritizing stories for each sprint.
• Speed up decision making for the squad by ensuring features/user stories start with the right data and analysis.
• Apply agile knowledge to identify, elevate, and remove squad impediments.
• Work closely with the team to create new and improved features for process owned by the squad.
• Define and track product and process metrics/KPIs on entire e2e value chain.
• Take care of the asset allocated on the squad in terms of IT Risk and IT Security.
