Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to join a remote programme within the EU for one of our key customers.

EU Remote

Initial 6 months with strong extension potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the ServiceNow product vision and roadmap
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear user stories
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and support sprint reviews
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality expectations
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and testers to support successful delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and capabilities
