Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management for complex technology initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions across global programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize a value-driven product backlog; lead refinement and sprint planning
- Evaluate solution options, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, demos, and alignment sessions
- Support testing, bug triage, and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
