About the role

This role is responsible for driving the success of the residential home lending (Pillar 2) portfolio, combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership. Whilst managing Team Leaders, the role also partners closely with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk and Technology to develop, launch and optimise lending products that meet customer needs and support sustainable portfolio growth.
