Reporting to our Product Process Deployment Jr. Manager for Mars Pet Nutrition, this position will provide technical support to the Dry and Care & Treats Product & Process Deployment team, contributing with activities that support the implementation of small and medium Innovation projects, Performance Program, and Continuous Improvement projects in the OE. Significant collaboration is expected with associates that belong to Quality, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Planning.

This position will be Hybrid, 3 times on site at our Campinas offices and 2 days at home.
