Responsibilities:

  • Manage MRB cases and conduct postmortems to improve CAPA
  • Improve product grade(PG) and Probe to ship(PTS) yields
  • Improve burn and module dpm
  • Monitor wafer level reliability and shift left to probe for coverage
  • Manage and analyze deviation case/OQC(out going inspection) for process/probe improvement
  • Lead root cause analysis and develop systemic CAPAs for RMA
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics, including module production fails and RMAs
  • Analyze multiple data sources and provide feedback to customers
