About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Product Responsible Engineer to take full technical ownership of our HVAC systems for offshore applications. In this role, you will carry end‑to‑end responsibility for the product lifecycle; from design and development to delivery and continuous improvement. Working closely with a skilled team of engineers and specialists, you will ensure our HVAC solutions remain industry‑leading in safety, quality, environmental performance, and cost efficiency.

As PRE, you are the decision authority for all technical matters related to your product. You will approve and document changes, coordinate across disciplines, and support internal and external stakeholders with expert guidance. Your work directly supports NOV Stavanger’s vision of delivering advanced, environmentally friendly, and smart HVAC solutions for offshore drilling environments.
