Product Sample Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Product Sample Coordinator to support the organization, movement, and lifecycle management of seasonal consumer product samples across multiple concurrent seasons. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity, visual readiness, and efficient access for cross-functional teams operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to stay one step ahead while managing both individual and shared responsibilities.


This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
