Product Specialist - Dental Devices - CAD/CAM

As a Product Specialist - Dental Devices - CAD/CAM - Flanders, you will be responsible for:

• Managing support tickets and incoming calls.


• Assisting clients after installation with any questions related to software and equipment.


• Performing remote software updates and installations.


• Carrying out simple installations at client sites.


• Testing and inspecting used digital equipment.


• Participating in internal and external training sessions for colleagues and clients.

As a Product Specialist - Dental Devices - CAD/CAM - Flanders, you have the following profile:

• Good knowledge of the dental sector or initial experience in this field.


• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems (Exocad, 3Shape, DGShape, Asiga, Formlabs, Dreve, etc.).
