A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced professional to work as a Product Specialist, joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm in New York. Offering excellent training, career progression and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. This is an ideal time to join this growing organisation and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the sales team to deliver Proof of Concepts and assist with live customer projects for a machine learning platform.

Location: Opportunities in New York (Manhattan) – initially full-time in the office; after 3 months hybrid can be discussed

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + bonus + healthcare, pension, etc.


Requirements for Product Specialist:
  • A minimum of a 3.4 GPA bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or Law or related discipline
  • Fantastic academic history through High School & University (please ensure all achievements are listed on your resume)
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong aptitude for picking up technologies
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities for Product Specialist:
  • You will be the main point of contact and liaise with clients, internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
  • Manage live customer projects from planning to final review
  • Provide customer training to new and existing customers
  • Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product
  • Identify significant new projects
  • Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s technology so you can advise customers how to import/export data
  • Provide updates to the management team on accounts
