The Product Specialist acts as the regional product expert, supporting sales strategy through strong product knowledge, market insights, and close collaboration with partners and clinicians to drive effective product adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the regional product expert with in-depth knowledge of features, applications, and clinical value.
Support pricing strategy through market and competitive analysis, providing insights to the BDM.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
Support partners with go-to-market strategies, product training, and technical/clinical guidance.
Act as the first point of contact for complex product-related queries and technical support.
Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clinicians while representing the brand professionally.
Support the sales cycle with technical inputs, tender documentation, and strategic sales assistance.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share field insights and improve sales tools and future offerings.
Skills & Competencies
Strong product knowledge within medical devices or sports medicine.
Ability to translate technical and clinical information into clear, persuasive messaging.
Analytical mindset with experience in market and data analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English and local language.
