Product Specialist / Technical Support – HVAC Controls, Actuators & Actuated Valves

The Product Specialist/Technical Support role provides effective technical solutions to customers on the use of Neptronic’s HVAC Controls, Actuators and Motorized Valves, by phone or in person, by way of training or product presentations. Likewise, in support to the R&D team, the role actively participates in Product Development Committees for all of Neptronic’s product families.

On a typical day you will…

  • Respond to requests for support from customers and sales representatives
  • Provide phone assistance (troubleshooting) and occasional field work (on site) for the HVAC Controls, Actuators and Motorized Valves families of product
  • Provide input for the improvement of existing selection and product websites, as well as software development
  • Actively contribute as part of the technical documentation team
