Job Description
The Product Strategy and In force Management Lead is responsible for driving the product strategy and managing the in-force portfolio to ensure growth and profitability of the Bancassurance channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to optimize product offerings, maintain robust relationships with internal, external and bank partners, and enhance the overall performance of the in-force business.

Product Strategy
Lead the development and implement product strategies that align with the overall business objectives and market demands.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing product offerings.
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of products.
