Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the Product & Strategy - Strategic Projects team at TATA AIG General Insurance. Responsibilities include contributing to product strategy and development, conducting market research, analysing data, and managing product lifecycles. Role involves driving various strategic projects across product, distribution, claims, IT, finance etc. Key objective involves driving profitable business growth.

The role involves collaborating across teams to innovate, execute strategic projects, and drive the growth and evolution of the company’s product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Strategy
• Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or related sectors is preferred.
• MBA from Tier-1,2 B-Schools
• 1-3 years of consulting experience or insurance experience is must
