Product Success Executive

Summary: 

This role serves as a central hub for coordination across Product, Vendor/OEM, Sales, Service, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution of smart home product initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product readiness, enabling sales and service teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. By bridging cross-functional gaps and tracking key deliverables, this position ensures smooth product launches and ongoing operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with Product and Technical teams to gather, organize, and maintain accurate product information and documentation. 

- Ensure timely updates and distribution of product documents across relevant teams.
