Product Support Advisor, Mt Thorley (MIN)

Liebherr Mining is seeking an experienced Product Support Advisor to join our team at customer mine sites at BHP Mt Arthur.

In this role, you'll provide field and technical support to our customers, ensuring their Liebherr excavators operate at peak performance. You'll be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on Liebherr excavators (various models including R9350, R9400, R996B, R9600, R9800)
• Assist with major and minor services to site machines.
• Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions.
• Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, maintenance requests, site-specific reports).
