Due to our exponential growth we are seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join the Westfill team in our Bibra Lake Corporate Office.

• $80-$90k - dependent on experience
• Fortnightly pay

Westfill are currently seeking for a supportive, organised and proactive Products Support Coordinator who takes pride in keeping operations smooth and efficient. If you love coordinating, problem- solving and ensuring things run effortlessly behind the scenes, you'll find this role both meaningful and rewarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination.
• Inventory control experience.
• Mining related products experience advantageous.
• Valid Forklift Licence with 2+ years experience.
• Valid Western Australian C Class Manual Drivers Licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical to include drug and alcohol screening.
• Pronto experience advantageous.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Computer literacy essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and asset tracking to keep operations efficient.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Be hands‑on — the go‑to person for all things products & logistics.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs.
• Manage lead times, backorders, and delivery discrepancies.
• Goods receival & dispatch.
• Operation of forklift to load and unload stock.
