Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team, to effectively provide technical support by phone and email, in the form of product familiarisation, parts information, specification queries and general remote vehicle assistance. The Role: Respond to technical queries from customers and field engineers by telephone and email promptly and professionally. Interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and bills of materials to provide accurate information. Ensure all technical related queries are handled daily. Complete parts assembly breakdowns, to ensure all required parts have individual part numbers. Produce, issue, control and keep records of all service part information as required.
