Job Description

The Teradyne Product Support Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Engineer to provide world class support to the current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products.

Opportunity Overview

  • Manages customer requests and product escalations
  • Provide product support to NPI, new installations, and all active installed base
  • Coordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as needed
  • Leading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Cebu Repair Team, and Product Engineering
  • Create and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field team
  • Travel for Training, Support, and Installation activities in assigned region
  • Potential travel to customer sites to assist in resolving complex issues
