Product Support Engineer - Rail
Reports to: Supervisor, Site Team Leader or Team Leader (role dependent)
Job Summary: To conduct and support, routine maintenance and repairs on rail products to the standard specified in the approved manuals in accordance with the requirements of the contract(s). To embrace digitalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative, scheduled maintenance and/or corrective maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule, manuals and contract.Actively participate in the ongoing continuous improvement activities for both maintenance and procedures. General new suggestions for improvement.To conduct planned maintenance tasks in accordance with the operating instructions.Attend and participate in meetings with the customer where necessary to obtain sign off for work that has been carried out on the customers equipment.
